Long time science teacher at Okemos High School; past winner Science Teacher of the Year from both MSTA and MESTA; very active with the Michigan Allaince for Environmental & Outdoor Education, Michigan Earth Science Teachers Association, and the education programs of the American Meteorological Society; originator of limnology education program in mid-Michigan and designer of floodplain model sold by Ward's Science.
